We are seeking a Manager, Product Success to lead our North American Professional and Enterprise Performance team. In this role, you will manage a team of Product Success Managers focused on delivering exceptional implementation and adoption experiences across our complete Performance category—including Nutrition, AMS (Athlete Management System), and Strength & Conditioning platforms. You will be responsible for developing your team, optimizing processes, driving strategic customer outcomes, and serving as a key liaison between customers, Product, and internal stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in performance technology ecosystems and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable strategies that scale across professional sports organizations.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Success Managers supporting North American Professional and Enterprise performance customers across Nutrition, AMS, and S&C platforms
  • Own the Performance workstream for NA Pro, receiving input on general direction from leadership while independently driving execution and team priorities
  • Partner with peers across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Engineering on cross-functional projects that affect multiple teams and product outcomes
  • Develop supervisory strategies that align team performance with business goals while driving high-potential employee growth through coaching and mentoring
  • Articulate root causes of implementation challenges, define trade-offs, and translate insights into scalable solutions that impact the team's ability to deliver
  • Design and implement enablement frameworks, training programs, and best practices that ensure consistent excellence and knowledge transfer across your team
  • Establish communication strategies that enable your team to collaborate effectively across functions and align with broader business priorities
  • Provide updates and receive input at key milestones on projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of team strengths and development opportunities
  • Navigate complex team dynamics and organizational changes with strong leadership, ensuring team performance aligns with department goals
  • Shape decision-making processes that balance risk, innovation, and business impact while empowering your team to make autonomous, high-stakes decisions
  • Identify issues that impact goal delivery and propose sound solutions, escalating strategically when needed

Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:

  • Extensive experience working in high-performance sports environments with a deep understanding of performance department workflows across strength & conditioning, sports science, athletic training, and nutrition
  • Proven track record leading and developing teams in customer-facing roles such as implementation, customer success, or technical consulting within SaaS or sports technology
  • Demonstrated ability to own function-specific projects from inception to completion, providing updates at key milestones while understanding and leveraging team strengths
  • Strong technical foundation with understanding of complex data integrations, system architectures, and technology ecosystems that support athlete development
  • Experience across multiple performance technology platforms and how they interconnect to create holistic athlete management solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach managers on delivering clear, impactful messaging that drives cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven capability to articulate root causes of problems, define trade-offs, and extract insights that translate into actionable solutions
  • Track record of developing team capabilities through structured coaching, mentoring, and check-ins that align with department goals
  • Experience navigating complex team dynamics and organizational changes while maintaining a strong leadership presence

The Ideal Recruit - Skills & Experience:

  • Background leading teams that support elite professional sports organizations with performance technology adoption and optimization
  • Direct experience with Teamworks Performance products (Nutrition, AMS, S&C) or comparable platforms in professional sports settings
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing Product Success Managers or similar customer-facing teams, including coaching, performance management, and career development
  • Proficiency in establishing communication frameworks that enable effective collaboration across teams and alignment with business priorities
  • Understanding of data collection frameworks, integration requirements, and visualization tools used in performance departments
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product development discussions
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to own small to function-specific projects from planning through execution
  • Track record of identifying process efficiencies and recommending improvements that impact team delivery
  • Ability to shape decision-making processes that balance business impact with innovation while empowering team autonomy
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments where results affect multiple teams and stakeholder groups

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary range is $100,000-120,000, with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
