We're seeking a well-connected and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our market expansion efforts across EMEA. In this strategic role, you'll leverage your established network within European sports to drive high-level business development initiatives across our comprehensive product portfolio, including Personnel, Operations, and Performance solutions. You'll engage directly with ownership, C-suite Executives, Sporting Directors, and other senior decision-makers to position Teamworks as the premier technology partner for elite sports organizations.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:
- Leverage existing network and relationships to identify and engage high-value prospects across EMEA markets
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting professional football clubs and premier sports organizations
- Represent Teamworks at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities throughout Europe
- Conduct high-level meetings and presentations with sporting directors, general managers, and C-suite executives
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop market entry strategies and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior business development team members and share market insights and best practices
- Drive revenue growth through complex deal structuring and relationship-based selling approaches
- Provide strategic market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
Player Profile - What You Bring to the Team:
- Extensive experience in sales or business development with a proven track record of success in the sports industry
- Well-established network of relationships with sporting directors, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers across European sports organizations
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with new prospects and key individuals who have access to untapped markets, driving high-volume engagement and creating opportunities for market expansion
- Deep understanding of EMEA sports market dynamics, particularly football leagues and organizational structures
- Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling and complex deal negotiation
- Experience representing organizations at industry events and building brand awareness through strategic networking
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with track record of developing and executing market expansion initiativesa

Compensation Philosophy:
For this role, the salary range is £80,000-£100,000 with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
