We are seeking a collaborative, flexible Product Success Consultant to support the Teamworks Influencer product. This consultant will play a critical role in ensuring that our reputation for customer experience, relationship building, and service excellence remains a core competitive advantage. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding and adoption experience for new clients.

This is a contract-based role and an excellent opportunity to work alongside the team leading the digital transformation of student-athlete development at one of the most exciting companies in sports tech.

Game Plan – How You’ll Drive Impact

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation for the Teamworks Influencer product.
  • Partner with internal Customer Success Managers to ensure implementation plans drive rapid customer time to value.
  • Deliver effective product training and enablement, empowering clients to become self-sufficient with the platform.
  • Track and communicate implementation progress to internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to assess implementation success.
  • Provide responsive, expert-level support to stakeholders, including athletic departments, collectives, brands, and media rights holders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the duration of the engagement, strengthening stakeholder relationships.
  • Capture and share customer feedback and insights to influence product and process improvements internally.

Player Profile – What You Bring to the Team

  • 2+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, ideally with exposure to NIL, operations, compliance, or athlete development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with NIL strategy implementation, education, or enablement for student-athletes.

The Ideal Recruit – Skills & Experience

  • Strong familiarity with the collegiate NIL landscape and the stakeholder ecosystem (e.g., athletic departments, collectives, brands).
  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, training, or SaaS consulting.
  • Knowledge of Teamworks Influencer or comparable NIL technology is highly preferred.
