Role Overview
At Quiq, we partner with the world's most loved B2C enterprise brands to drive customer loyalty, and revenue by leveraging powerful Agentic AI for CX technology. Our Demand Generation team plays a critical role in attracting, nurturing, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for creating and implementing strategies leveraging all major channels, including ABM and intent, organic inbound, PPC, SEO, SDR outbounding, website journey, and 3rd party validation and referrals to drive high-quality engagement and generate growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our demand generation efforts align with company objectives and contribute to business success.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading and executing a demand generation strategy for enterprise prospects focused on technical buyers. We’re looking for a leader that thrives in a fast moving start-up environment and is comfortable with the demands and ambiguity that comes with operating in this rapidly evolving AI market.
Quiq GTM is a fast-paced, close-knit team with a strong work ethic and motivation to dominate the Agentic AI for CX market. A successful candidate can demonstrate proven experience in driving pipeline generation, deal velocity, improved win rates, and creative thinking that helps us drive awareness and market leadership. Strong ability to analyze data to guide decision-making and optimize ROI is required.
The role reports to our SVP of Marketing and will be considered a key player for the Quiq leadership team. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to own the strategy and execution designed to drive brand awareness and pipeline among enterprise companies, and showcase Quiq as a leader in enterprise agentic AI for CX. This role requires a player/coach mentality, comes with agency resources, a demand gen specialist, and the SDR team. This is a remote role based in the US with minimal required travel of 3-4 times/year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a winning strategy that targets both CX leaders and their technical counterparts (oftentimes, the main buyer) at B2C enterprise brands in the US and EMEA.
- Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Build and mentor a team that excels at creating and executing demand generation strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive demand generation plan that supports business goals, contributes to revenue growth, stays within budget, and optimizes for the best conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Marketing, Product and Content Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless lead-to-customer journey.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of demand generation campaigns and channels and use insights to refine strategies.
- Experimentation: Develop a practice of experimentation to unlock new and effective ways to rise above the competition and drive progress with our target buyers.
- Campaign Management: Drive the execution of integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including ABM/intent, PPC/SEO, 3rd party channels, email, social media, content marketing, and events.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand the needs and pain points of our target audience to create compelling campaigns that resonate with them.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure demand generation strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to effectively convert leads into customers.
- Executive Engagement: Present demand generation results and strategies to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 7+ years in demand generation or a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Audience experience: Have a POV and proven results in resonating with technical and CX buyers
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of demand generation best practices, marketing automation tools, and the competitive landscape.
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven ability to build and lead successful teams with a focus on development and growth.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working across multiple teams to drive cohesive demand generation strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Passion for Marketing: A genuine enthusiasm for creating innovative demand generation campaigns and driving business growth.
