The mission for this role

Own multi-channel demand generation and accountable pipeline growth. You’ll design and run campaigns across paid, email, and web, and work to continuously improve conversion across the entire funnel, not just acquisition.

Location

Dallas, TX (in-office, Monday–Friday)

What you’ll do

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn—owning end-to-end setup, daily optimization, and iteration.
  • Design and run A/B tests across audiences, creative, messaging, landing pages, and conversion goals; prioritize experiments by expected impact and confidence.
  • Build audiences and messaging mapped to our key verticals (education/athletics, parks & rec, construction, golf, energy, and more).
  • Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to brief and iterate on ads; develop variations (hooks, formats, lengths) and proactively refresh creative.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, GTM engineering, video, and content to hit targets.
  • Create low-friction forms and email workflows that drive qualified awareness, demo requests, and pipeline.

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years managing multi-channel B2B paid media with measurable pipeline impact (B2B SaaS a plus).
  • Excellent written storytelling; design chops a plus (strong ad copy, clear briefs, quick image/video edits).
  • Deep, hands-on mastery of Google Ads (Search/PMAX/Video), Meta, and LinkedIn (Engagement, Lead Gen, Website Conversions).
  • Comfortable operating like a one-person agency—owning every step of the paid media funnel.
  • Strong working knowledge of web, email sequencing tools, CRM, and ad platforms.
  • You spot problems & opportunities, form confident hypotheses, and bring solutions.
  • You don’t stop at lead volume—you care about lead quality, demo-to-opportunity, and win rates, and you work with sales to ensure campaign success.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with heat stress/WBGT, lightning detection, or industrial/EHS use cases (you’ll learn fast either way)
  • Experience or deep working knowledge of our marketing stack (ie. Hubspot, Wordpress, Wistia, Clay, SmartLead, GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager)

  • In this role, you’ll have a large amount of autonomy, yet a large amount of responsibility over demand generation strategy.
  • You’ll handle the end-to-end ideation and execution of paid media campaigns
  • Success looks like: increasing qualified demo requests, lowering blended CPL/CAC, raising win rates from paid sources, and building a repeatable testing engine.
