This is not your average entry-level gig. As our Junior Creative & Social Media Assistant, you will be the heart of our digital presence. You'll be the designer, videographer, and visual storyteller who has a direct impact on our brand's growth. You'll be given the creative freedom to experiment, learn, and build an incredible portfolio that showcases a vast range of skills.
🪽How will you Spread Your Wings in the Parakeet team?
Social Media Visuals:
You will follow social media plans, cooperating closely with the content team to execute the marketing strategy and prepare daily graphics and videos, that resonate with our brand guide.
Prepare visuals for social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram.
Branded Graphics & Motion Design:
Design stunning, on-brand graphics for our blog, website, newsletters, and marketing materials (infographics, banners, whitepapers, and print-ready leaflets).
Create visuals for online marketing campaigns, e.g., designing landing pages in Figma.
Creating company presentations.
Create eye-catching motion graphics, animated logos, and short explainers that simplify complex risk concepts.
Be a guardian of our brand guide, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative assets.
Video Specialization:
Produce high-quality, short-form video content, from quick-hitting social clips and reels to editing longer-form, e.g. expert interviews.
Handle all aspects of post-production, including color grading, sound mixing, and adding graphics/subtitles.
Stay on top of video trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and shareable.

🎨 What You'll Bring:
A strong portfolio is a must. We want to see your creativity across graphic design, motion graphics, and video projects.
Proven experience in social media (personal or professional accounts).
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Affinity, Canva, Figma or equivalent tools of your choice.
A keen eye for visual detail.
Excellent cooperation and communication skills—you will juggle multiple projects and sync with the content team on calls to bring creative briefs to life.
A proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
A bachelor’s degree or courses in Commercial Design, Arts, Animation or a related field is a plus, but your portfolio and passion are what matter most.

Experience with web design tools like Framer for developing visual website elements.
