Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive go-to-market for Lithic’s solutions. You’ll work with Product and Engineering teams to define and launch our roadmap and with Marketing and Sales teams to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption across the spectrum, from startups to enterprises.
This Product Marketing Manager role is responsible for:
- Developing and refining assets to support the GTM team in driving deal velocity and product adoption, including sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts.
- Crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively conveys Lithic’s unique value proposition for existing products and new product launches.
- Supporting teams in creating presentations, demos, RFP responses, and similar, to ensure company narrative and product messaging is positioned accurately.
- Website testing and optimizing working collaboratively with design and partners.
- Collaborate across the Marketing, Product, Sales, and other internal teams across a range of disciplines to execute on your work.
The successful Product Marketing Manager has:
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing within the Fintech or payments space
- Proven success in creating compelling messaging and product marketing assets from the ground up for highly technical products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in written content
- Strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration, building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization including technical teams and domain experts across compliance, risk, and similar functions
- Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging insights to drive decision-making
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment, with a strong bias towards action
Base Salary: $142,000 - $174,000 USD
