About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Senior Growth Analyst who will support the growth of our partnerships with leading national healthcare organizations, as well as develop new ones. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and working closely with other Growth leaders at Imagen, this role will be a key driver of Imagen’s growth strategy, responsible for preparing and delivering impactful presentations for leadership and board meetings, vetting and prioritizing commercial opportunities across multiple segments, and defining pursuit strategies for large accounts. Acting as the quarterback for the Commercial and Operations teams, this role ensures alignment and execution across the organization while shaping the strategic direction. Finally, the Senior Growth Analyst will be instrumental in building and codifying Imagen’s internal process around market and competitive intelligence.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of healthcare, thinks strategically and creatively, can analyze data to support their work, and has strong process management hands to set-up our commercial operations as our business continues to grow 50%+ YoY.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead strategy work
- Develop analysis to support go/no go decisions on segment entry, account prioritization, or commercial performance forecasting
- Develop presentations and conduct analyses to support conversations with Imagen leadership on the state of our commercial pipeline
- Build our approach for how the Commercial team maintains momentum across a large and diversified pipeline
- Support deal generation and progress
- Conduct research on potential partners for Imagen
- Steer lead generation efforts (which states to prioritize, which gaps to close, where we are at risk of saturation)
- Identify external advisors to support strategy development and lead generation
- Become an expert on the business models of Imagen, develop deep understanding of prospective partners’ business needs and priorities and assess how Imagen can best partner with them
- Define and develop strategic pursuit plans in support of conversations with high-priority partners
- Coordinate commercial activities within Imagen
- Work closely with Growth leaders to ensure progress of new partnership opportunities at partner organizations
- Scale and formalize our commercial processes
- Build and deploy new, scalable processes to improve efficiency and collaboration of our Partnerships team
- Define, build, and iterate upon the materials, tools, playbooks, and other resources that support our Commercial team
Qualifications:
- One to three years of work experience - at least one year of healthcare consulting experience
- Prior experience working in complex healthcare organizations or consulting in the healthcare space, with good knowledge of the U.S. healthcare landscape
- Strategic thinker who develops a deep understanding of your product and a client’s needs
- Strong analytics toolkit and ability to conduct financial and operational analyses using client data
- Strong process orientation - you can successfully bring together a wide set of stakeholders
Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely.
The base salary for the position is between $90K - $110K, plus equity, bonus, and benefits. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
