This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with the HR leadership team to develop and execute against the HR objectives, key results and Initiatives (OKRs); in partnership with the Sr. Director, Talent Management, develop standards and support to further enable the HRBP team, tracking progress of key initiatives against team OKRs.
- Develop and lead Partnering team projects to include Org Design, Performance, Succession Planning, and Engagement; develop standards, guidance, process, reporting, and direct the work of other HRBPs and cross-functional peers
- Develop deep insight into the operations of your stakeholders to better understand, develop, and implement goals to enhance the team performance and employee experience
- Act as a driver for strategic support on all HR related initiatives and the evolution of operational improvements
- Provide expertise, guidance, and coaching to leaders at all levels, including talent assessment, professional development, performance management, succession planning, engagement, people issues and trends, and all things people related
- Support with organizational change efforts; partner with senior leaders to design change strategies, communication plans, and post-change reinforcement
- Influence and implement HR policies, processes, and tools
- Identify people insights and trends and make recommendations to improve metrics like retention and engagement
- Partner with the HR team and managers to onboard new team members and ensure they are successfully integrated into their team and into the culture

What we are looking for:
- 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- BS/BA degree preferred
- SPHR certification or similar is a plus
- Experience in program management and leading company-wide, cross-functional initiatives
- Technical Skills: Workday, Peakon, Knoetic, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom
- Ability to identify patterns that aid in decision making and problem solving
- Proven track record of building relationships at all levels
- Action oriented and eager to tackle hard conversations or issues
- Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Comfort with facilitation and presenting/public speaking in small and large groups
- Ability to influence without authority
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO, with options for remote, and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
- Base Compensation Range: $130,000-$148,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
