Ibotta is seeking an Account Executive, Bev-Alc to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with enterprise-level bev-alc suppliers to provide a consultative, strategic-level selling experience. As a member of the Client Partnerships team, you will be tasked with managing and growing existing client relationships, as well as building a pipeline of new business.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive partner growth for our key client accounts through upselling and education around new product enhancements
  • Identify and close new partner opportunities
  • Develop creative marketing strategies that align with client KPIs
  • Use data to identify trends, analyze campaigns, and provide client insights and recommendations to reach or exceed goal
  • Meet/exceed annual revenue targets through the development, advancement, and closure of partnerships and expansion of existing business
  • Create and deliver sales presentations that educate your clients on Ibotta’s value proposition, roadmap, and partnership opportunities, considering which products would best suit the client’s needs
  • Partner with Account Management counterparts to ensure client campaigns are successfully executed from start to finish
  • Travel up to 40%

What we are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a data-driven sales role, digital advertising, or bev-alc industry experience within trade marketing or sales
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Looker, Product knowledge, Salesforce
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to lead conversations with high-level contacts
  • Desire to achieve excellence across the entire sales spectrum (i.e., email outreach, cold calls, presentations, etc.)
  • Experience with, or understanding of bev-alc trade marketing and e-commerce is a plus
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead client meetings and presentations (Candidates will do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)
  • Ability to ask insightful questions, clearly articulate business value, manage expectations, and quickly gain agreement

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals
  • Total hiring compensation range: $81,000-$104,000. Equity is granted in addition to the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus. Talk to your recruiter to learn more! This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
