Our Client Partnerships team is at the forefront of driving efficient incrementality at scale for brands through The Ibotta Performance Network and our direct-to-consumer app and website.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop our Partnership Development Associate (PDA) team, who are responsible for working directly with brand partners, creating client-facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses, and helping drive incremental revenue.
- Help guide strategy for accounts on an as-needed basis
- Performance manage the Partnership Development Associate (PDA) team to achieve team and company goals
- Partner with the senior sales leadership team to create and execute a vision for the team
- Help further define role expectations and career paths for the team and coach for next-level readiness
- Build training materials and onboarding curriculums
- Work cross-functionally to develop new programs, workflows, and process improvements

What we are looking for:
- 5-6+ years of experience, including 1 year of people management preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus
- Ability to execute projects with minimal oversight
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to motivate a team
- Track record of creating scalable process improvements
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. - Total compensation range: $90,000-$110,000. Equity is granted in addition to the overall compensation package. This range is inclusive of a base range and a variable bonus. Talk to your recruiter to learn more. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
