We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (Contractor) to join our team! Join our team of three, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and grow the commercial teams here at Grata as we position ourselves for significant scale over the next three years. With a collaborative and engaging work environment, this role offers the chance to directly contribute to scaling our entire organization.
Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is for a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend.
At Grata, we will expect you to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines for our scaling business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for critical Go-To-Market functions, leveraging sourcing tools, networks, and events to meet future hiring needs.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to promote the company’s unique value proposition to candidates, enhancing visibility and appeal within the competitive SaaS market.
- Utilize metrics and data insights to track recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed hiring decisions.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- Expertise in leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and creative methods to identify and engage top talent.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals while maintaining a focus on quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated compensation for the role is $45.00 - $53.00/ hour (equivalent to an annual salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per year).
