About The Role

G2 is seeking an operational and data-minded Manager, Services Operations to lead a newly unified Review Programs Team and support the execution of current and future professional services offerings. This role owns the operational backbone for services delivery—driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across multiple service lines, beginning with Review Programs. This individual will act as a proactive strategic partner to the Senior Manager of Professional Services while ensuring the team meets its KPIs and effectively meets and exceeds business objectives.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Review Programs Team, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and career development for individual contributors, while building a high-performing, execution-oriented services team that can flex across evolving service offerings.

  • Operational Excellence:Own and optimize core operational workflows that support services delivery, leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency; proactively identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements as services evolve.

  • Strategy & Reporting: Design and maintain reporting frameworks that track team performance, service output, and operational health; use data to inform staffing models, prioritization, and resource allocation across Review Programs and future services.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic operational partner to cross-functional teams (Product, Revenue, User Lifecycle, Professional Services), ensuring alignment on service design, execution readiness, and ongoing optimization.

  • Resource Management: Own dynamic capacity planning and workforce allocation across services, reallocating team bandwidth as demand shifts between Review Programs and emerging offerings to maximize utilization and business impact.

  • Program Execution: Oversee the execution and operationalization of professional services, acting as the delivery owner for existing Review Programs while supporting the launch, scaling, or sunsetting of new services and pilots over time.

  • Services Evolution & Scale: Partner with G2 leadership to operationalize new service offerings, define execution models, and scale delivery through clear processes, staffing plans, and performance measurement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing teams, with a strong focus on individual contributor (IC) career growth, performance management, and upskilling.

  • Highly organized and process-oriented; capable of building and maintaining operational frameworks that scale.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports, interpret data, and use insights to drive decision-making and strategy (Gemini, Looker, Salesforce, Sigma, etc.)

  • Ability to balance day-to-day execution with a “big picture” view—proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale services, and drive incremental revenue or margin impact.

  • Experience overseeing execution of customer-facing programs or campaigns across multiple channels with an emphasis on operational delivery, quality, and throughput.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across different regions and departments.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments; able to reallocate team focus as services change, scale, or sunset while maintaining performance and morale.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, services delivery, customer success, and/or program management within a scaling organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
