About The Role
In this role, you will help shape meaningful, scalable learning experiences for G2ers across APAC—bringing structure, consistency, and creativity to the moments that drive performance, growth, and connection.
As the Talent Development Associate, APAC, you will lead core components of our Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Experience (EX) programs. This will be done in partnership with APAC Employee Success Business Partners and the global Learning & Development team to support and deliver high-impact programs across the region. You’ll help localize and execute global learning initiatives, facilitate live learning sessions, and design engaging learning content (both adapted and net new) that supports G2ers in reaching their PEAKs.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of program execution, facilitation, and instructional design. Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, experience supporting learning programs, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach. This role requires comfort working across time zones and cultures, and partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable learning solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, and may require work in different shifts on occasion to accommodate employees across different working hours.
In This Role, You Will:

Learning & Development (L&D) Program Delivery and Facilitation - 30%
Facilitate live virtual learning sessions for APAC employees
Support the successful roll-out of global learning programs in APAC by tailoring delivery to local needs and learner context.
Prepare for sessions by coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing content, conducting dry runs as needed, and ensuring smooth end-to-end session execution.
Create engaging learner experiences by using interactive techniques, structured practice, and clear learner guidance.
Supporting future L&D initiatives as assigned
Instructional Design & Content Development - 35%
Adapt and localize existing global learning content to ensure relevance and engagement for APAC audiences.
Design and build asynchronous learning content, including polished and branded eLearning modules, learner guides, job aids, and reinforcement materials.
Contribute to the creation of net-new content over time, using guidance, templates, and design standards from the global L&D team.
Ensure learning content is aligned to G2 values, operating principles, and brand standards, while remaining accessible and learner-friendly.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create experiences that are practical, interactive, and performance-oriented.
APAC Stakeholder Partnership & Needs Identification - 15%
Partner with APAC People/Business Partners and functional stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance opportunities.
Gather insight on learner challenges, business priorities, and cultural considerations to inform learning design and delivery.
Serve as a trusted partner who supports regional adoption of learning programs (e.g., Regional Learning Week), and helps ensure learners feel supported, connected, and equipped.
Learning Operations & Program Management - 15%
Manage logistics and administration for APAC learning initiatives, including scheduling, learner communications, session materials, and post-session follow-ups.
Maintain and contribute to the APAC learning content ecosystem (e.g., via WorkRamp LMS and/or Confluence), ensuring materials are clear, current, and easy to access.
Track participation, collect feedback, and summarize insights to continuously improve learner experiences, including onboarding for new joiners (e.g., 30/60/90 day effectiveness and 90 day review process).
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization - 5%
Identify ways to streamline learning workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies.
Support improvements to learning systems and documentation so learning resources are easier to find, use, and maintain.
Use learner feedback and data to recommend enhancements to content, delivery, and regional learning experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:

4-7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement, HR program management, or related fields.
Brings an entrepreneurial, improvement-oriented mindset—challenging the status quo, using data to inform decisions, and leveraging AI/automation to drive efficiency.
Strong facilitation presence and the ability to engage a live audience (virtually); experience facilitating sessions is required.
Demonstrated experience developing, updating, or maintaining learning content and enablement materials.
Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously - including logistics, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate logistics, stakeholders, communications, and timelines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and channels.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; able to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of personal accountability and follow-through.
Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, with an inclusive approach to learning and communication.
Experience supporting learners in APAC or working in a global organizationStrong proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar) and virtual facilitation tools (Zoom/Teams), required
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate) and building interactive learning modules, preferred
Experience with basic video editing or multimedia content creation, preferred
Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., WorkRamp or similar), preferred
