Job Summary:
The Integrated Campaign Specialist supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across email, webinars, paid digital, social media, and industry partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who enjoys executing campaigns end-to-end, with a strong interest in email marketing, webinar programs, and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Support the development of integrated campaign plans aligned to business goals, product launches, and target audiences
- Assist in building campaign briefs, timelines, and channel plans across paid, owned, and earned media
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
Campaign Execution & Channel Management
- Email Marketing (Core Focus Area)
- Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional sends, and nurture programs
- Support development of automated workflows and drip campaigns within the marketing automation platform
- Monitor email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement optimizations
- Webinars & Virtual Events (Core Focus Area)
- Coordinate end-to-end webinar execution, including scheduling, promotion, registration setup, and post-event follow-up
- Partner with internal teams on content, speakers, and presentation logistics
- Manage webinar promotion across email, social, and paid channels
- Paid Digital Support
- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., WebFX) and internal stakeholders to support paid media campaign execution
- Help ensure alignment between paid campaigns and broader marketing initiatives
- Social Media
- Support distribution of campaign content across organic and paid social channels
- Coordinate campaign messaging across platforms to ensure consistency
- Publications & Sponsorships
- Assist in managing relationships with industry publications and media partners
- Coordinate submission of creative assets, listings, and sponsored content to meet deadlines
- Press & Earned Media Support
- Assist in coordinating press releases and distribution logistics
- Support amplification of earned media across marketing channels
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report on campaign performance across channels, including email, webinars, paid media, and social
- Monitor KPIs such as engagement, lead volume, MQLs, and conversion rates
- Use tools like GA4, CRM/MAP platforms, and channel analytics to evaluate results
- Identify optimization opportunities and support implementation of improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations to support campaign execution
- Help ensure timely lead handoff and follow-up processes for webinar and campaign-generated leads
- Maintain clear communication on campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance updates
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Experience supporting or managing webinars and virtual events
- Familiarity with paid media and social media campaign execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting performance data
