The Role

First Due is seeking a tech-savvy leader to work as a Client Success Manager supporting some of our nation’s leading public safety agencies. As a First Due Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for running the post-sale client relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support. Your main goal will be to ensure that the public safety agencies we work with are getting the most out of the First Due platform.


The ideal candidate brings extensive experience from the Public Safety space. This position offers flexible hours that can complement a shift schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with our public safety customers across North America
  • Focusing on client retention and expansion activities to reduce churn and increase ARR
  • Managing relationships with Chiefs, Firefighters, Administration, and IT regarding their needs of the First Due product
  • Identifying upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with our Deployment team to set-up customer accounts
  • Lead training sessions for Chiefs, Officers, and Line Personnel on how to use the First Due platform
  • Working with the Product Management team to prioritize customer requests and enhancements
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement


Qualifications and Experience

You thrive when developing strong and lasting relationships and are motivated by building rapport and solidifying powerful partnerships. Your organizational abilities position you to stay on top of a never-evolving community of clients and an ever-evolving product.

  • +5 years of public safety experience
  • Technical experience managing or implementing software platforms
  • Project Management experience demonstrating that you are familiar with communication, training, coordination, and deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Have a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred
