About First Due

First Due’s mission is to prevent first responder injury or death by providing fire and EMS agencies with transformative, end-to-end software solutions that empower them to run safer, smarter, and more effective operations.

The Role

The Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) leads the onboarding and deployment of First Due’s most complex and high-value customers, including Enterprise, Multi-Agency, Countywide, and Metro-sized agencies. These implementations require advanced project management discipline, deep SaaS experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments, stakeholders, and jurisdictions.

The EIM owns the customer relationship from project initiation through go-live, driving planning, risk management, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise-wide adoption. This role requires strong leadership, executive presence, and the ability to navigate technically and politically complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation for enterprise and multi-agency customers.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and executive-level reporting.
  • Facilitate enterprise kickoffs, requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and go-live planning sessions.
  • Maintain control over scope, risk, timeline, and communication across complex engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IPS, Technical Services, Product, Engineering, PMO, and Customer Success.
  • Translate enterprise operational requirements into scalable SaaS configurations across the First Due platform.
  • Oversee integrations, data migration activities, reporting requirements, and multi-agency workflow alignment.
  • Travel onsite (up to 25%) for workshops, trainings, executive meetings, and multi-agency deployments.
  • Build and manage relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive organizational change management and enterprise adoption strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, documentation requirements, and implementation governance processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • This is a remote role, but the person hired must live in the US.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex SaaS enterprise implementations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, multi-department or multi-agency programs.
  • Strong project management expertise with experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
  • Advanced executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience navigating complex organizational and political environments.
  • High technical aptitude and comfort collaborating with data, integrations, and engineering teams.
  • Preferred experience in Fire/EMS, public safety, GovTech, or related SaaS environments.
  • Experience leading implementations that include onsite workshops and travel requirements.
