The role
Capsule recently launched an AI-powered platform embedded inside physician practices with an immediate positive market response. Live in thousands of provider offices across the country, we're rapidly scaling to meet demand - and we’re just getting started.
As part of the GTM team, you’ll own select partnerships end to end. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, partner success, product, and operations - turning every touchpoint with provider practices into learnings for our team and an opportunity to build trust and credibility with the partner and drive product utilization. This is a high-ownership role from day one. You won't just support the work - you'll own and drive it. You’ll build the systems and infrastructure that power the company’s GTM strategy for this product and enable our team to hit ambitious goals.
What you'll do
Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships with provider groups
Analyze partnership performance, adoption, patient experience, and more - and translate insights into actions that improve your impact and your partners’ success
Design how we use AI across our GTM motion - you'll identify, build, and own the workflows and processes that make the whole team faster and smarter
Build trusted relationships with our partners at all levels - C-Suite, doctors, frontline staff - you'll travel to be in the room where decisions happen and to represent the product externally as needed
Be the voice of the partner internally - surface insights and feedback that shape product, operations, and go-to-market decisions
Who you are (hiring a range of experience levels)
2 - 8+ years of experience in management consulting, client services, financial services, healthcare technology, and/or fast-growing startup
You're ambitious, want to have a high impact career, and are energized by building - you don't wait to be told what to do, you find the problem and solve it
You build trust quickly and communicate clearly at every level - from staff to C-suite

Healthcare or healthtech experience a plus - not required
