About the Role

As an Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within our pharmacy fulfillment center to enable consistent and peak performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze, maintain, and repair sensory systems along with mechanical and industrial equipment
  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance
  • Manage inventory and storage of spare parts and tools as per protocol
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs, proactively reporting any area of concern to management with solution recommendations
  • Organization of the warehouse, assuring easy access and location of items
  • Custodial duties when needed
  • Ensure operational functionality of base building systems (plumbing, electrical, security)
  • Other duties may include but not limited to assisting with venders, procurement and fulfillment

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in automated facilities (fulfillment, pharmacy, manufacturing, food and beverage), including strong familiarity and proficiency within their maintenance and repair
  • At least 1 year of experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical components (interface devices, relays, time delay circuits, fuses, solenoids, sensors, and motors)
  • You can read engineered diagrams and can lift/carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
