About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Associate in our Denver Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and mastery of various complex computer systems

• Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations

• Own the end-to-end logistics process for the Denver pharmacy, including courier staffing, order sortation, route assignment, and on-time route launch.

• Own the end-to-end virtual logistics process for the Houston and Phoenix pharmacies, including courier staffing, route assignment, route communication, and on-time route launch.

• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once

Requirements:

• Minimum education of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience, and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experience

• Proficiency in databases with real-time troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work the following set schedule onsite at our Denver pharmacy located at 1441 Wazee St Ste 103, Denver, CO 80202: Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
