We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join BridgeAthletic on a full-time basis. This position is central to building a predictable, high-performing growth engine that fuels both our self-serve and enterprise businesses.

THE TEAM

You’ll join a fast-moving marketing team that spans brand, content, demand generation, and community. We partner closely with product, sales, and creative to tell compelling stories and drive measurable growth. This role will report into the SVP of Marketing, working as a core part of our lean but expanding growth team.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a performance marketer with at least 5 years of experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive qualified trials, pipeline, and long-term revenue. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with the chance to shape the roadmap while directly managing execution.

YOU WILL

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google Search, YouTube and LinkedIn, optimizing for trial sign-ups, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Manage budgets, forecast spend, and ensure efficient allocation aligned with company growth targets.
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets that resonate with coaches and decision-makers.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that clearly communicate results and insights to executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing to support integrated go-to-market campaigns across both elite sports teams and private trainers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform reps (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to stay ahead of algorithm shifts, tools, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand into new channels and formats through a disciplined test-and-learn approach.

LOCATION

This is a remote role, but you should be able to overlap a portion of your day with U.S. working hours and be proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration.

THE SKILLSET

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • HubSpot experience, particularly with their Ad Platform integrations is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on CAC, ROAS, and pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing six-figure budgets with accountability to revenue and ROI.
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to work seamlessly across sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency, with the ability to craft clear ad copy and communicate effectively with global teams.
  • A passion for sports, fitness, and empowering coaches is a plus.
