BridgeAthletic is hiring a talented self-starter to drive our high-velocity sales process targeting independent trainers and small gyms while supporting business development for enterprise opportunities. For this role, we are looking for business athletes who are energetic and results-driven - hungry, nimble, and intelligent - with the ability to quickly qualify leads and manage successful trial experiences for private trainers in the fitness industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth through rapid customer acquisition while also supporting our enterprise sales pipeline. Primary responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying leads, managing trial experiences, converting customers, and supporting enterprise sales.
Requirements- BA/BS preferred in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or fitness
- Experience in the sports or fitness industry, including as a coach or personal training, is highly desirable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments
- Experience conducting software demonstrations and managing trial experiences
- Strong ability to quickly qualify prospects and identify their needs
- Excellent phone and email communication skills with ability to engage prospects effectively
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales enablement tools
- Self-motivated with strong time management and ability to prioritize high-volume activities
- Customer-focused mindset with emphasis on solving client challenges
- Superior professional presence and business acumen
- Resilience and persistence in a high-activity sales environment
- A roll up your sleeves, self-starter personality
High-Velocity Sales (Primary Focus)
- Source, qualify, and convert private trainer customers on month-to-month plans
- Manage the full sales cycle for high-velocity opportunities from prospecting to close
- Conduct efficient product demos tailored to private trainers' needs
- Support and guide prospects through trial experiences to ensure successful adoption
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, emails, demos) to meet monthly sales targets
- Quickly identify qualified opportunities and focus time appropriately
- Follow up consistently with trial users to maximize conversion rates
Enterprise Business Development (Secondary Focus)
- Research and identify potential enterprise clients in the fitness and sports industries
- Perform initial qualification of enterprise opportunities
- Hand off qualified enterprise leads to account executives
- Support the enterprise sales team with preliminary demos and discovery calls as needed
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion metrics, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns targeting the private trainer segment
- Provide feedback on product features and positioning based on prospect interactions
- Continuously refine sales approach based on conversion data
